We are all responsible for snow shoveling outside our immediate driveway. There are snow shovels available in our electrical room, you may borrow one if you don’t have one (ask any council member)
Please shut off the valve to your external hose bibs, during extreme cold there is always a risk of pipes bursting and since these hose bibs are located outside, the risks are greater. It is advisable for everybody to disconnect any hoses as well as shut off the valves to empty the outside hose bibs of water.
The valves (RED) are located in the main floor’s washroom and kitchen (both are located under the sinks). See photos below:
